Terms and Conditions for NewBreed Investor Immersion Camp

By purchasing a ticket to the NewBreed Investor Immersion Camp, you (“Attendee”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and the event organizers (“Company”).

1. Program Overview

The NewBreed Investor Immersion Camp is a 2-day live bootcamp experience that includes live sessions, role playing, standard operating procedures (SOPs), tools, support, swag, networking, meals, and access to event recordings. The event is live, and all sessions will be recorded. Access to materials begins on the day of the event.

2. Payment & Pricing

Ticket pricing is tiered:

General Admission: $997

VIP: $1,497

SVIP: $2,997

Payment plans are offered through third-party vendors via GoHighLevel. Taxes and processing fees are included in all prices.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the significant planning and upfront costs required for this live event—including vendors, hotel bookings, meals, and materials—we offer the following flexible but firm policy:

Refunds may be requested up to 30 days after purchasing ticket(s).

No refunds will be issued for requests made after 30 days after purchasing.

Tickets are non-transferable unless pre-approved in writing.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our support team.

We do not offer credits or reschedules to future events.

4. Access & Delivery

Attendees will receive event details and access to recordings via email. All digital materials will be housed within our Skool community at skool.com/newbreed. Access to recordings is lifetime.

5. Conduct & Expectations

All attendees are expected to uphold respectful, professional behavior and engage with curiosity and generosity.

The following behaviors are grounds for immediate removal without refund:

Dishonesty, cheating, or scamming. Theft or property damage. Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward staff, guests, or other attendees. Endangering oneself or others.

Sharing paid content with non-paying individuals is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, recordings, and training provided during the event remain the intellectual property of the Company. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or reuse any material without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee financial results. Outcomes are based on individual effort and market factors. The information shared is based on our personal experience and does not constitute legal or financial advice. Attendees are solely responsible for their decisions and due diligence.

8. Legal & Binding Agreement

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Wyoming. Arbitration may be used as an alternative to litigation.

9. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect personal data including name, email, address, and payment information. This data is stored securely in GoHighLevel’s database and may be used for future marketing communications. We do not sell or share your information with outside parties.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to change event content, scheduling, or policies. Attendees will be notified of any changes via email and/or text.
